One weekly page per store keeps every manager honest.

One weekly page per store keeps every manager honest.

Multi-store owners live on the phone.

One store reports strong sales, while another reports a fridge down. A third site faces a licence inspection next week, while a fourth runs short on key grocery lines.

The owner hears separate stories with no single page to compare them.

We give each store the same weekly page.
Same departments.
Same formulas.
Same colours.
Same action register.
Area managers compare like with like, and owners see which store needs a visit first.

Set the store profile once.

Open Configuration and complete the SA store profile: group, region, store name, branch code, province, municipality, format, trading hours, tills, employees, departments, pharmacy model, liquor licence and ecommerce.

Save it. The profile feeds the compliance context and every PDF generated in the session.
Run liquor, pharmacy, facilities and IT on the same rhythm

Open the Bottle Store card for age verification compliance, liquor shrinkage, liquor gross margin and licence condition compliance.

Open Pharmacy for turnaround, dispensing accuracy, cold chain compliance and scheduled medicine reconciliation.

Open Maintenance for equipment uptime, preventative maintenance completion, mean time to repair and energy cost per sales rand.

Open IT for POS uptime, network uptime, backup success and unresolved tickets.

Age verification with licence lines and cold chain with dispensing lines are critical.

Backup success is critical.

A verified gap on any critical line forces red, which is how the page protects the licence while it protects the margin.

Use the print form for Friday sign-off.

Generate the print-ready PDF form from the bottom of the page.

Choose Save as PDF or Print in the browser.

The form mirrors the on-screen scorecard with blank lines and tick boxes.

Read the shaded example rows first.

Write targets and actuals on the blank lines.

Tick G, A or R per line.

Sign with the manager and the person above.

Build skill behind the score.

Open the Training Matrix.

Record the employee, the mandatory course, the status, the completion date, the trainer, the renewal date and the evidence.

Cash handling, food safety, allergen control, age verification and cybersecurity sit there by role. No role is signed off until mandatory training is current.
